INTEGRATING HEALTH I: ROOT DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH OR DISEASE . This is a 4 weeks Program (Part I of II) Start: September 1st, 2020 . THE PURPOSE OF THIS COURSE IS TO: 1. Identify root determinants of health and dis-ease that contribute to vitality and wellbeing or the lack thereof. 2. Recognize your common cultural and body modification norms and evaluate their impact upon your health. 3. Build awareness of environmental influencers of the conflict (emotional and biological) that are within your power to change. 4. Excavate genetic and energetic patterns that may be contributing to disharmony within your biological system. . AT THE END OF THIS COURSE YOU WILL HAVE LEARNED TO: 1. Situate the biological and emotional conflicts in your own personal life (disease-illness). Initiate to heal. 2. Start an understanding of Vitalism for co-creating health with the universal energy. Learning what daily choices and patterns you are practicing that are influencing the experience of health or disease. 3. How to minimize risk factors and make favorable simple choices to increase vitality through the practice of protocols and exercises. 4. Focus your energy in order to bring your system into alignment. Train to reprogram your health. Cultivate your health and reconnect with your body .
